Movn Health is the leading virtual cardiac rehab provider dedicated to improving the lives of patients with cardiovascular diseases through personalized, remote care solutions.

We are recruiting a patient enrollment specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients who are interested in enrolling in our program. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and motivated to make an impact. This role will work cross-functionally with our provider sales, clinical, marketing, and engineering teams. This is a Flex position that will include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients who come to us by way of referral, website leads or patient lists from our customers.
  • Provide clear, persuasive explanations of the program's benefits and unique value proposition.
  • Contacting potential patients through phone calls, emails, and video meetings
  • Handle questioning and feedback from all consumers who are interested in enrolling
  • Navigate insurance, financial and subscription plan conversations with patients
  • Handling inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries
  • Leverage technology & internal teams to answer patient questions accurately and resolve challenges thoroughly
  • Work closely with our product and marketing team to refine our patient recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Track and maintain records of patient interactions using our internal systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient enrollment experience.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or related role
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and persuasion skills
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically cardiac care, is preferred.
  • Prior experience with patient recruitment is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little direction
  • Highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success
